Start with the basics
Stage plots and input lists are the building blocks to a great show. This information clearly shows where items are to be placed, and where they should show up.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. A detailed and correct Stage Plot is no short of that. Everything where it needs to be and conveyed in a simple to interpret page.
Input lists is the second most important piece of information. It denotes not only what the instruments are, but the quantity and quality of input as well. Making sure the Venue or Equipment Provider has enough equipment like microphones/DI's, stands and cables.
They both can also convey requirements for what you need to monitor, wedges and/or IEM systems.
